The coordinator of the RE-FEM project, Katalin Oborni (HETFA Research Institute) will introduce the RE-FEM project at the EmpowerHER Balaton event which will be held on 29–30 September 2023 in Zánka, Hungary.
The two-day EmpowerHER Balaton event provides an opportunity for women entrepreneurs and leaders to continue building their professional network, develop their leadership skills, learn about current market trends and find inspiring peers to succeed in the business world. Katalin Oborni will present the results of the research conducted in the framework of the RE-FEM project. The aim of the research was to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges women entrepreneurs face after the COVID-19 pandemic and in recent times of multiple crises. The presentation will focus on the challenges of female entrepreneurs in rural areas.
