As we wrote about it in previous articles, the RE-FEM consortium organised pilot trainings for trainers and for women entrepreneurs in each of the partner countries (Bulgaria, Finland, Serbia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Spain). Now the evaluation feedbacks on the Global Country Reports are available to the public. These documents were developed by Andalucía Emprende Fundación Pública Andaluza (AEFPA) for analysing the feedbacks on the content and format of the training testing, provided by participants (trainers and women entrepreneurs).
The two Global Country Reports highlight some specific lessons learned and recommendations identified by participants in the testing process. The recommendations in the report were used to improve the quality of content, format of training materials and the approving of training modules developed within the RE-FEM project.
