On the 11th of April, we held a Project Management Meeting, where all of the RE-FEM project partners actively participated. These meetings serves as important platform to review our progress, discuss challenges, align our strategies, and plan upcoming tasks together. Having all partners involved ensures strong collaboration, shared responsibility, and a united effort toward achieving the project’s goals and delivering impactful results.
At the Project Management Meeting, the participants received a comprehensive update on the project’s communication efforts, progress, and upcoming tasks. Social media follower numbers have increased dynamically, largely thanks to the success of the RE-FEM Talks series. In the coming months, one or two more RE-FEM Talks are planned, though the summer vacation period will limit partner availability.
As the project enters its final phase, quality assurance tasks are becoming a priority. Each partner is expected to review the deliverables they are responsible for evaluating, while the evaluation of the online courses will also begin shortly. Every country will recruit five evaluators to review the training modules and provide structured feedback. In parallel, preparations are underway for the final policy study and evaluation report. A key component of this phase is the development of a sustainability plan, which will define how project results will be maintained and used after the project’s conclusion.
In the near future, project partners will organize World Café events in each partner county, where several experts and professionals in women’s entrepreneurship and related fields will engage in interactive discussions. The insights gathered will be incorporated into the Final Study, the last main output of the project.
Lastly, the project’s closing phase will culminate in the international multiplier event and final partner meeting, scheduled for early October in Seville, Spain.
We look forward to continuing our joint efforts in the coming months and to seeing the RE-FEM project reach its full potential. Stay up to date with RE-FEM’s latest initiatives, events, and resources by subscribing to our newsletter here, and following us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn!
