ifempower

Intellectual Outputs

 

Ifempower is a transformative Erasmus+ project that seeks to empower women entrepreneurs by integrating entrepreneurial education into higher education. By offering innovative teaching materials, real-world business experiences, and targeted support networks, ifempower helps aspiring women entrepreneurs overcome challenges and build successful businesses.

 

The project’s key intellectual outputs include:
  • Entrepreneurial Curriculum: A comprehensive, university-level curriculum that blends theoretical knowledge with practical insights, designed to foster entrepreneurial thinking among female students.
  • Case Studies & Digital Learning Tools: Real-world case studies and interactive e-learning modules that help students explore the entrepreneurial journey, from idea generation to business development.
  • Mentorship Platform: A robust mentoring network that connects students with successful women entrepreneurs, providing valuable guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of starting and growing a business.
  • Business Simulation Programs: Hands-on simulation exercises that allow students to experience the process of building and running a business, preparing them for real-world challenges.
  • Policy Recommendations: A series of policy suggestions aimed at integrating entrepreneurial education into European higher education institutions, promoting gender equality and inclusivity in the business landscape.

Through these outputs, ifempower equips women in higher education with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to pursue entrepreneurial careers. By fostering a supportive ecosystem of education, mentorship, and practical experience, the project is making strides towards gender equality in entrepreneurship across Europe.

 

This initiative is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, reflecting a collaborative effort to build a more inclusive and entrepreneurial future for women.

RE-FEM – ‘Upskilling pathways for REsiliency in the post-Covid era for FEMale Entrepreneurs’ is an Erasmus+ project aiming to empower women entrepreneurs, through need-based training for maintaining resilient businesses in the post-covid era. The project also wants to serve the needs of the trainers and mentors in business support and entrepreneurship working in the field of adult education by providing easily accessible, high quality and transformative training tools.
